It is important to note that orders with multiple items are given a processing time according to the particular item.
Prior to shipping, we examine the items ordered thoroughly before sending the items. Today, the majority orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The delivery estimate is between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not entirely managed by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. The actual levels of stock can change at any moment. Please be aware that it is possible for your order to become unavailable even after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We are unable to replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
For your item to be eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it in. It must also still remain in the original packaging.
